RUTLAND MAY BE ENGLAND’S SMALLEST COUNTY, BUT IT IS FULL OF CHARM AND CHARACTER.

From the iconic Normanton Church on Rutland Water, to the gardens at Barnsdale, and the countryside around Exton Park & Hambleton, Rutland offers backdrops that are both romantic and memorable.

I love photographing weddings in Rutland because of the variety - lakeside ceremonies, historic estates and relaxed celebrations at home. My approach is documentary-led, paying attention to the atmosphere and rhythm of the day. Rutland weddings tend to have a particular quality to them, unhurried, considered, with real beauty in the details. That suits the way I work.

Weddings Across the East Midlands

The East Midlands is full of possibilities for a wedding day that feels completely like you. Lincolnshire country houses, Nottingham city celebrations, the rolling countryside of Derbyshire and Cambridgeshire, each place carries its own energy and rhythm.

Having photographed weddings across all of these spaces, what I know is that the setting matters less than the people in it. My job is to document both honestly, with an eye for atmosphere, detail, and the moments that make your wedding yours specifically.
