You’re interested and want to know what happens when you book me as your documentary wedding photographer and how it happens? I am all about keeping things clear and simple. You have enough to be getting on with in having a fab and fun life, let alone wedding planning!
So I’ve outlined it all below.
YOU & ME
If you are interested in booking with me, I like to kick start the process with a face to face chat. We can go for a coffee or Skype if its easier.
Tell me all about your wedding day, the fun celebration you have planned and how awkward you feel in front of the camera. And I’ll tell you all about how I roll, about my documentary style wedding photography and the flavour of cake I really adore.
For me, it’s not just about finding out when, where for me and what to document. It’s about getting to know each other and clicking before I actually click. I take on a limited amount of bookings each year so that I can give the service you deserve and help tell your love story on the day.
What’s even better is that I offer pre-wed shoots. These are great especially if you’re not too sure what to expect with documentary style wedding photography on the day. Find out more about that here.
HOW I WORK
My documentary wedding photography style is relaxed, bags of laughter (and the odd emotional tear) with a good handful of romance! I tell the story of a wedding day as it unfolds and keep posing to an absolute minimum – just a little guidance so you look and feel comfortable. If you’re up for being a little creative then let’s do it!
I work with you from the moment you book. I’ll keep in touch with you, collaborate with you and where possible, will even pre-visit the venue if I have not photographed there before. I like us to be fairly prepared so that I can go with the flow on the wedding day. If you don’t have all your details when you book then no worries. Once you’re booked, you’ve got me and can contact me to discuss things.
Your day – your way
YOUR DAY – YOUR WAY
every special moment…
When you book, you book me for the day. If you fancy getting even more angles for your story then I recommend booking a second photographer – that’s through me. I work with a few trusted network of photographers who can join me for the day. It will help capture more reactions of the guests at any time I need to be focused on you two.
Let's create memories together
